Guests must be 19 years of age or older in order to visit Eclipse. Memberships and punch cards are not transferable. Guests may be required to show ID. Please note that we close our facilities nightly at 10:30pm and close the building at 11pm. As a result of this, the last entry into the facility is 9pm.
All guests must take a cleansing shower, wash their hair, and remove all makeup before using the facilities.
All visitors must wear swimwear in the spa areas of the facility. Standard one-piece or bikini, burkini, Bermuda style, swim trunks, and speedo style bathing suits are acceptable. T-shirts and shorts are not permitted.
Food and alcohol may not be brought into the facility. Transparent/clear water bottles made of plastic are permitted but may ONLY contain water. Drinking water and cups are available in the facility, free of charge. You may purchase food and alcohol at the Hot Rock Café. Please note that we have a zero tolerance policy for outside alcohol within the facility.
To ensure a quiet, restful atmosphere in the pools and spa facilities, electronic devices must be turned off and kept in the lockers. Cameras and cell phones are permitted in the café and café patio areas only. However, if you want a photo to remember your experience, (or to enter our frozen hair competition) members of our staff will be around with a designated phone for this purpose.
Some activities are only available on a seasonal and “weather permitting” basis. In order to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness we drain, scrub, and sanitize all our pools daily on a rotational basis which may lead to some pools being unavailable for a short period of time. Please contact staff if you want more information on the daily maintenance schedule. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather conditions or because of temporary closures of individual pools or other facilities.
Inclusivity is important to us, and so we are happy to be able to offer accessibility to wheel chair users and persons with limited mobility. This includes: accessible drop-off and pick-up, a shower, bathrooms, changing rooms, and two pools with access ramps. We are happy to provide individual showers, bathrooms, and dressing rooms; allowing privacy for everyone.
At this time we are not able to offer a fragrance-free facility. We have implemented showers and bathrooms with unscented soaps, shampoo, and conditioner products.
Prepare For Your Visit
Please bring your bathing suit, a towel, and flip flops or indoor sandals. We recommend to bring an extra towel or a robe. Spa etiquette means you may need an extra towel or a robe to enjoy some of the facilities. All guests need to sit on a towel when using the sauna. Guests will also need to sit on a towel or wear a robe when using lounge chairs indoors. Anyone who would like to visit the Hot Rock Café must be fully dressed or wear a robe over their bathing suit.
Flip Flops may be purchased at the front counter. They are not a rental and will be yours to keep. Robes and towels are also available for rent. We provide toques to wear in the winter to cover your wet hair and ears. If you have your own toque you may wish to bring it in the wintertime.
Arrival Time
The schedule shown shows your check in time slot only. There is no limit to enjoy your relaxing experience. Please arrive punctually for your reservation; should you arrive late you may need to wait until a free time slot is available.
RV Parking
Our RV parking capacity is limited to 10 spots and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. No lugs are allowed. If you are staying in the campground, we recommend leaving your RV at your campsite. You may find all campground information at the following link:
Cancellation/Modification
Full payment is taken at time of booking and cancellations require 48 hours notice for a full refund. Please call the office if you need to make a cancellation or a modification to your reservation before this time.
